I said I would update my poor review of Tri State when the job was completed. It was finally fully completed in 12 weeks. It would have been completed in sooner but Tim had to order handles for the cabinets and we had to wait on them to come in. After everything was said and done, we do love the kitchen. I am not sure who to blame for the delay. Tim said it was the cabinet makers and the cabinet maker said Tim told him to do another job before starting on ours. So who knows? I guess I would recommend them to remodel but if I were to use them again, I will get a codicil in the contract with a time to be finished. The people who work for this company seem to be competent and willing to do what you want done. The clean up was not good. We ended up scrubbing paint, mastic and compound off some of the cabinets and the floor. But all in all, I hope Tim learned to make sure the cabinets were in the works before he starts a job. The actual work, we cannot complain about. Living through a remodel is hard enough without the added pressure of never knowing when there will be an end.

These guys were great! Other contractors were giving us the run around about fixing our master shower, but they got us in and finished the work very quickly, and our shower looks fantastic. The best part about working with them is the fact that they -always- cleaned up after themselves. Having two babies, this meant a great deal, and was especially highlighted when the other contractor who installed our shower door made a terrible mess and left it for us to clean! I would use them again in a heartbeat, and have recommended them to others.
