This fantastic patio sets right on a prime lot on the golf course in The Highlands. The homeowner wanted the pavers to come to life and be protected from grass and moss that tends to grow in the joints. We coordinated with another contractor to remove and refill the sand with Polymeric sand to help prevent future grass and moss growth. We first cleaned the pavers and blew out the existing sand, our partner came in and leveled the patio and added polymeric sand, then we returned and applied our exclusive glossy paver sealer. The photos of before and after show how the color was boosted on the pavers. The patio will look great with regular cleanings for years to come. The homeowner also contracted us to clean and seal their deck and walkways, as well as, clean their siding and brick home.

We were called to revitalize this homeowners' driveway. The homeowner knew the stamped concrete when they bought their home was brown, however, after using a competitor of ours to seal their driveway, the brown color turned to gray. The sealer was found to have been applied incorrectly. We successfully cleaned the driveway and stripped the old sealer off to essentially start over. Once we applied the our color boost gloss paver sealer to the stamped concrete portion, the color appeared and looked amazing. The rest of the driveway was sealed with a penetrating sealer to protect against future stains and weathering.

The customer had a faded and dirty stamped concrete patio that required maintenance. We rinsed, applied the appropriate concrete cleaner and degreaser and allowed the surface to dry. We returned and applied a high gloss concrete sealer. The concrete sealer boosted the color and added years of protection. The patio was approx. 1000 Square feet.

The homeowner was looking to clean, beautify and preserve their fence. (Fence was approximately 180 Linear Feet) We used our 3-step process to achieve the desired result. We rinsed, applied our eco-friendly wood cleaning foam, rinsed using low-pressure pressure washer, then after allowing several days to dry, we applied our exclusive Cedar stain/protectant. The result was a new looking fence. The fence still looks good nearly 4 years later. The only maintenance needed is periodic cleaning to remove surface dirt and mold. Our protectant sinks into the wood preserving and protecting from water, sun and environmental damage.

This home as the photo shows was extremely dirty with tree pollen, mold and mildew. We applied our exclusive environmentally friendly *non-bleach* cleaning foam and watched the dirt stream down. Then using low pressure we rinsed the siding and repeated where needed. We followed the clean with our exclusive siding sealer that works to repel dirt and grime and protects vinyl siding from sun bleaching. The home was sparkling clean and smelled like lemons once complete.
