I'm a little upset. All I wanted was my free estimation instead they came and dove right into the project and started taking things apart. 2 hours passed and they were unable to fix the problem claiming that it was probably the leak in the ceiling caused by the upstairs bathroom. He claimed that there was probably a junction box next to the leak that caused a short in the wires. He then told my son to cut a hole in the ceiling to verify that he was right, call a plumber to fix the leak and then call him back to rewire the box. My free estimation cost me $225 which left me nothing to actually fix the problem. I feel like I was taken advantage of and truly did not appreciate the false advertisement nor my time and money wasted. I would not recommend porch.com nor the electricians on it.

I wanted to have recessed lighting installed in my living room so I submitted my project on porch.com. Randy called me right away and showed up to provide an estimate the same day. I expressed my concerns about having my stamped ceiling messed up because I know it is hard to match. Randy said he will do whatever he can so he doesn't have to make too many cuts in my existing ceiling. He called me to deliver the quote only a few hours after visiting my house. The day of the installation, he was on time. The job was completed in a timely mannor and you cannot even tell they were an addition. They did not have to make any cuts in my ceiling except for the lights. Branhan Electric exceeded my expectations! In the future, I will definitely use them again.
