Ray took shortcuts and neglected errors in his work. His lack of detail and poor craftsmanship was revealed throughout the job. Ray was sloppy, careless of his surroundings, and caused damage to new construction throughout his work environment. None of which he openly disclosed. When we shared concern about some of his work, Ray was patronizing and provided outlandish explanations and ration. He was especially condescending toward my wife. Unfortunately we paid Ray in cash and he never came back to fix his work. In summary, we found Ray to be overconfident, sloppy, arrogant, unreliable, and deceptive.
