Owner and President, Lance Stephenson, has been around construction since Lance was a child. From his father building their family home when he was five to working for his uncle's construction company when he was in high school. Lance has been around and loved the construction process his whole life. Lance graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University and then received his Associates Degree in Architectural Technology.Lance has a keen eye for detail and making his designs a reality.Lance is an expert in working with AutoCAD so he can take any home, remodel, or room addition and draw it on computer. This gives you, the homeowner, the ability to see the project before anything gets constructed. Lance has worked with two of the most respected custom home builders in Indianapolis before starting his own company. So he has a wide variety of ideas and construction practices due to his interaction within the building community.
