Home Inspector - Angier, NC
Now Certified for: * Centralized Showing Service (CSS/TMLS) * Deck Inspection * Home Inspection * Mold Testing * New Home Phase Inspection * Radon Testing * Roof Inspection When you need a Quality Home Inspection, you seek to have a clear understanding of the general condition of your potential home and its systems and components at the time of inspection. Many aspects of the house will be inspected, probed, documented, stated, described, and recommended for necessary repair, restoration, and/or efficiency. In other words, I will do everything to determine the systems and components to check if they function as they intended to be, and make certain that they meet the standards of quality and are up to code. I can because I am a qualified, licensed Home Inspector with several significant certifications under my belt. I also have resources to help me learn and understand when I need more information about several aspects of the home. I use IRB Pro software from Inspector Nation and HomeGauge software to create a non-biased, realistic, detailed report that is easy to read. It also comes with many colorful photos to show either deficiencies that need repair or insufficiencies that affect safety issues. It is my goal as a Home Inspector to enable you to be in a good position to either negotiate a more reasonable price or to be aware of future costs and repairs. Most importantly, I conduct professional inspection with your interests and concerns in mind. The bottom line is I am both detail-oriented and quality-conscious. My name is Kent Trader is born and raised in Benson, N.C., and I still live there. I got my start in the Architectural Design and Residential Construction Industry as an Architectural Draftsman in Emporia, VA for three years. I later gained employment with North Carolina Department of Transportation in Raleigh, N.C. that spanned 30 years. I had roles as a Civil Engineering Technician, Civil Engineer, Surveyor, and Bridge Inspector. After I retired, I continue to work as a Consultant, Carpenter, Deck and Porch Builder, et cetera before becoming an official Home Inspector for North Carolina in 2015. I received the home inspection trainings from Gregory Enterprises' Home Inspection Training Center in 2015 and AmeriSpec in 2016. I continue life-long education through ASHI, InterNACHI, and NAHI.
