We are proud to be part of the Brazoria County community. My wife and I served as a military family for 20 years and decided to make this our home in 2010. That means were are a 100% veteran owned business. More importantly we are your neighbors, and proud to bring the Fresh Coat name to the Gulf Coast. We always knew we wanted to continue to serve honorably in some capacity, but didn't know how. By opening a business we realized our military training could be shared with those that were willing work hard and get rewarded for it. Also, my wife and I could continue to give back to our community neighbors, their homes and those who were looking for a career. We are committed to providing quality painting services at competitive rates in a timely manner. With every painting project we take on, no matter how big or small, we promise to get to work quickly, using the very best products and materials, including premium paint, in order to provide you with superior results. Rosharon Prep Exterior to Sell | Mar 2020 | In the case of this exterior paint project, the homeowner was trying to prepare the house for sale. The process was not incredibly labor intensive, but there were a lot of moving parts to this project. So it required great attention to detail. Ultimately, we wanted to achieve a presentable exterior finish for the seller. The home is about four years old and the production paint is already to starting to fade. Additionally, you can see the intense peeling taking place on the flashing and roof vents. There was literally no more paint on the vent systems located on the roof of the home. Let us help you get you home ready to sell. We can take care of those unsightly areas that standout to a potential buyer. Very minimal investment with this project as well. Lake Jackson TX Exterior Trim Refresh | Feb 2020 | This Lake Jackson project appears relatively straight forward. You can see where the paint is starting to peel on the fascia boards. The soffit and window areas were also starting to show some cracking. In this case, it appears you simply need to repaint the face of the outer trim. This is not always so. The soffit area was suffering some degradation where moisture and mold was starting to grow. During our process we not only ensure the resurfacing of the substrate but also to reseal the entire area. Moisture is a powerful enemy, and simply repainting the surface doesn't prevent interior damage that could be occuring already. Moisture intrusion leads to molding that could be breaking down the substrate. Also be aware that your exterior painted surfaces are the first barrier against pests. In South Texas squirrels can chew through the outer substrate of your home. Missing paint is tell talltale sign of this. Not to mention bugs that might be getting in as well... A professional repaint is your first shield of protection against natures elements. Don't compromise when it come to using a high quality paint. We use Sherwin Williams products unless the customer or application specifically calls for something else. Thanks for watching.
