For some of my customers, I even arrange the rental housing inspection and meet with the inspectors. I am a licensed contractor and can pull the needed permits for work that needs to have a building permit. If work needs to be done by a licensed plumber or electrician or heating cooling professional, I have quality reliable tradespeople who I can refer you to. The tradespeople that I work with are also very familiar with the city codes and rules and have a good reputation with the inspectors, so their work gets quickly approved.
