Ralph Mann & Sons did a terrific job replacing the HVAC system, building all new ductwork, a new tankless water heater and converting the house from oil to gas. Their attention to detail, expertise and general approach to deliver the best possible result and to do whatever it took to satisfy us was very much appreciated. And, without exception, each of the Ralph Mann people we dealt with were unusually nice people, who always appeared to want to please us as customers.
