JOHN LANDSCAPING

I hired John's Landscaping crew to come to my home and install a deck. They first removed the existing rotted out pergola. The entire project took 4 days, first John and his demolition team arrived promptly at 9am to tear down the pergola (took 1 day). Then the next day the team to build the deck off my bedroom window, took them 2 days. We love our deck, we can now enjoy our beautiful view of the Delta and the mountains. They also trimmed my trees and made my backyard look beautiful again, they cleaned it up and removed the aggressive bamboo that was evading our backyard and repaired our waterfall. We love our yard and deck. I can confidently say that John and his team did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them for anyone who might be in need of lawn work. Eventhough, John provided a lower estimate but I ended up paying more than I had anticipated, it was worth it. This is the reason for the 4 star, excellent review.

I was lucky enough to have the crew from John's Landscaping come to my home and repair the lawn sprinkler system. Not only that but they also trimmed my tree and ground a root that was ruining my porch. I can confidently say that John and Jordan and the others did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them for anyone who might be in need of lawn work,

Avoid them at all cost if you want a quality work. Here are the reasons why I gave them one star. First, John gave me a lower estimate at beginning to win the work without providing details and how the work will be done in writing. He seems a nice guy, don't be fooled. I didn't even ask something in writing. In middle of day one, he asked more money and ended up I paid them more than the other vendor. Besides they didn't do the work they promised me. They started cutting corners, poor work, very cheap on materials. After Day two's work, I had to fire them because of the poor work. I just couldn't deal with them anymore. Secondly, Don't ever let them to include the materials in the pricing which they did for me. They used less materials and poor quality work. Thirdly, Don't pay them in advance before the work done. You won't get your money back if you are not happy with their work. John never returned material fee he asked after I fired him. It was a ripoff for me. Lastly, After they left, I hired second crew to redo their job. That's my costly lesson. Don't run into this mess and headache.

We had a serious problem with our front yard irrigation. John Landscaping came out and fixed the problem so we thought. He did come back after finishing another job and was able to fix our leaking irrigation. I would recommend him to our neighbors if they should have the same problem
