Family Leisure of Nashville

My husband phoned Family Leisure to purchase an above ground pool. He spoke and worked with Jeff on what we were looking for. Jeff was so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We felt so comfortable with him and his salesmanship, that we purchased a 27’ over the phone. We’ve never been in the store nor met Jeff. He had our trust from the beginning. Although the wait on the installation was a few weeks longer than expected, Jeff delivered on everything he told us and sold. This is my husband’s second purchase from Family Leisure and I’m positive that when we are ready to buy again we will buy from them again and will ask for Jeff. We love our pool, the design, sturdiness and more than anything, watching our grandkids and family enjoying it! 🏊‍♀️ Thank you Family Leisure and Jeff, the go to guy!! 🌊

Just bought a pool from them haven’t even passed inspection and we have 100’s of grass growing up in our liner! I had a pool from them in the exact same place before and had no issue! Was never told this was a possibility of happening or we would have bought a pad for it! Their sales guy NEVER mentioned this and now we have a pool we have to replace a liner that we haven’t even used yet! Their response?? Oh sorry but it’s in the contract! They should have verbally WARNED buyers that this could happen. I had bought a hot tub, trampoline and pool from them before but never again. I will warn everyone against buying there! They don’t care about their devoted customers!
