Versailles Construction

We chose Bob Versailles from a number of contractors who placed a bid on our roof job in Hammond New York. We felt confident right from our initial visit with him that he was the man we wanted to complete the work for us. He did not disappoint us in the least and did an excellent job removing the existing roof, cleaning up all debris , installing all new self sealing synthetic underlay on the whole roof and then completing the roof job by installing high quality Owens Corning fiberglass 30 year architectural shingles as per strict adherence to the manufactures' guidelines. We also had a solarium attached to our house which he also striped and re-roofed in very close quarters without damaging the delicate double pane glass that was a part of this structure and install new trim around an entrance door and a few other areas.. We were so pleaded with his work that we also hired him to remove and reinstall new cedar shakes on a large pergola which we had in our back lot garden. He proved to be honest, very dependable, on time and very fair in his pricing along with being skilled in several areas of construction expertise. We plan on hiring Bob again next year to rebuild a wooden greenhouse for us. He's now our favorite "go to guy" whenever we have a need for a job that we want to have done on our property.
