Highly recommend! Outstanding work on many projects by Fantasia Tile/Pete Fantasia. I had my primary bath redone, all exterior paint, trim, gutter and fascia replacement, a new privacy fence built, and refinished screened-in porch floor and exterior front porch floor. All the work was incredible, done with precision and perfection. Additionally, Pete had great recommendations across the different projects which were very helpful. Price was very fair and appropriate for the exceptional quality. Will definitely hire Fantasia Tile again!

Pete and his crew helped us to remodel a bathroom, and to extend and remodel a kitchen. The thing we most appreciated about Pete was his level of integrity and the quality of his work. You can trust that he’s going to do what he says he’s going to do and the work that he does will be top notch. He does not cut corners but instead leaves you with a solid, high-quality finished product. Pete’s initial quote was certainly not the cheapest in town. But, we have hired the cheapest quotes before and paid dearly for that! The final price of the remodel and renovation was very close to the original quote. Pete seemed to have a good handle on what needed to be done before construction started and was able to accurately inform us of what the cost would be so we could make informed decisions and have a limited number of surprises after construction started. We will definitely hire Pete again!

We had a slow plumbing leak under our house that caused quite a bit of damage. Fantasia Tile & Remodeling (Pete) came in and gave us honest, quality advice on how to best repair all affected areas. His communication was excellent with both our insurance company and my wife and I. He was open and willing to work with us on options, both to keep cost down as well as a few key upgrades. The repairs were done in a timely manner and as promised. And those repairs encompassed, demolition, subfloor and weight bearing wall repair, plumbing, sheetrock, paint, and finish/detail work. He and his team and subs were all very courteous and respectful of our house, property, schedule, and even working around a toddler and infant's timeline at times. The quality of workmanship was top notch and price was inline with other quotes. Everything from initial quarantining of the work area through a whole-house cleaning at the completion of the job was excellent. Our experience was positive from begin to end. I would highly recommend Fantasia Tile & Remodeling and we certainly won't hesitate to use Pete again in the future.
