Heartland Windows

I Would like to give heartland windows a HUUUUUUUGE THUMBS UP. I am a homeowner of 22 yrs w/ heartland windows (doublehung)installed in 98. I have had a few issues in the last few issues and heartland responded and replaced 6 windows respectively.After a recent call about the same problem, they would respond soon. I get a call from buck(parkersburg window tech). He tells me they are going to replace ALL....ALL windows affected w/problem. He showed up with all replacements ,thus heartland has replaced ALL rhe windows with the problem. That number is MANY. Thank you heartland for your honesty and GREAT...GREAT customer service. I highly reccommend them and High expectations asna home owner for future years.. THANKS AGAIN HEARTLAND
