White Collar Construction has the customer service satisfaction down to where everyone should be today. "Doug" got right back with me when I reached out to his site-offered available time for me to go over my project. I am thankful for those like Doug that will take the time with his customers. Recently had floors and base boards replaced after a home flood and I could not be unhappy with the job that was done. The bamboo floors that were put in are uneven and do not sit of the slab correctly. The wood transitions that were installed were glued to the wood instead of the slab and were all unglued about 2 weeks after the job was finished. The transition piece separating my tile kitchen from my wood family room was glued to the tile which resulted in large cracks I'm my tile. Out of all the base boards that were done about have of them are stained poorly with tons of drip marks and the other half are cracked from being drilled in too tight. As if this weren't enough, there is stain all over my walls that were freshly painted just a couple of months before the flood. I have contacted this company several times to come correct these mistakes and several times I was told they would fix them the next day but no one ever showed up. Eventually my phone calls and messages to the owner of this company were unanswered. I would not recommend this company for any home repairs or remodels. Unfortunately, I had to give one star but I would give zero if I could.
