STOP and read this before you make any decisions about this company. We are repeat customers who have PAID in full and PAID on time. You think that would help you to get some type of customer service over issues of their work. We've been stood up 3x by Tom who has refused to come out to our house. With two kids with severe disabilities we cannot afford to throw money away over work that wasn't done to standards (according to our Insurance Adjuster) not to mention being worried over mold related health issues for them. We never received any independent mold testing to verify there was mold though we were CHARGED for it. And no one from Protective Solutions came out to do any post-inspection or testing. Purchaser of services beware! I called Protective Solutions to see if they could do some home repair to replace some beams that had become rotten due to water damage. Their representative, Tom Costa, said they could do it. I paid them $2012 up front. Their team came out, put up some protective plastic for whatever reason. Because of it I could not see the work they were doing. A couple of days later I asked if Tom was coming back to inspect their work. Next thing I know they had dry-walled everything and primed it. No one from Protective Solutions ever came out to inspect anything. My insurance adjuster called several days later so tell me that Protective Solutions had done nothing to remediate the rotten beams.
