Avalon Structural, established in 1993, is a home building specialist that provides Aptos and the surrounding neighborhoods wine cellar design, custom home construction, green construction and more. In April of 2002, they completed a remodeling project in the Washington neighborhood using a permit received from the city of Sunnyvale.
