Signature Design Furniture LLC

I purchased Signature Design sofa 6 years ago from Ashley Furniture store here in Charleston SC. The straps on the reclining sections both pulled out in the past few months. I contacted the store, paid $75. for a tech to come out and was told the sofa is discontinued & parts are no longer available! I can see why, as the straps evidentally were not strong enough to last even 6 years!! So now I am stuck. Please advise where I can go from here? Reclining sofa. Lenoris/Caramel.
