Demo all bad rotten or just out of date materials outside and inside and out all new tongue and groove siding new decks tongue and groove soffit new mertek fascia boards new porch and deck roof ceilings with t&g cable railing on back deck installed all new exterior doors and windows trim everything out tile floor on the entire inside and bathroom walls built walk in shower install vanities,toilets, tubs, shower pan drain and curb, had to add new foundation pillars and gerder boards then new floor joists , subfloor, frame new walls and open format plan with huge 12" LVL headers all through house frame new stairway install metal staircase and maple stained treads cable railing and a tile landing all new interior doors trim , baseboard trim all new granite window sills and new wood window casing and trim installed cabinets everything this be was a 100 yr old farm house now awesome modern farmhouse still lol. I was out there for nearly 75 weeks started March of 2021 and finally finished in September there were few weeks I'd be off on another job but I worked 3 man crew @75$/hr the entire time anywhere from 40-50hrs a week. Customer would pay over phone for big materials purchase or I'd pay and be reimbursed Fri.
