Hynes Roofing & Siding Company

Hynes told me 4-5 weeks to order & install new double-hung windows. Charged me a fortune for them, but timing was critical (they know this), as I was doing a siding job. Windows came week 10, because they took their sweet time with measurements (Hynes waited 3 weeks to measure... cost me my timing). They said they'd install over the weekend when the windows came, they dropped off supplies, but complete no show on install day. No call, no show. So much for my kids and my weekend.. Ask to have my contractors install instead of Hynes > get murdered on a $600/window prices *not installed*, because they know they can. I say fine, I just want this moving with my contractors and in the rear-view. A few windows turn out short - clearly 1.5"-2" short sitting in the frame (the windows were labeled by room, no mistake on window opening) - Hynes is unwilling to accept the fact, despite me providing photos, places all burden on me, and they are threatening me with a lien, instead of negotiating a better price for certain windows that are off. Mind you, a Harvey window costs about $300 uninstalled, from most normal human beings and contractors. I am being charged $600. And threatened legally asking for a better price, because we had to build up rough frames with my contractors. MESS WITH HYNES AT YOUR OWN FREAKING PERIL
