I have been using Premier for several years. Although they are easy to contact, lately, they have a poor service records with me. It takes them at times up to a month to get your pool cleaned out and swim ready. They don't keep their appointed scheduled as indicated during phone conversations. It appears that they don't have enough pool cleaning staff for their clientele base, so they compromise quality for quantity with their accounts.
