It appears that the reputation of this company is well deserved. They were assigned by First American Home Warranty (that should be your first clue). I was contacted by Kristy regarding a time for them to come out the next day. I was very clear that the contractor had to be done and out by 2p since I had to go to work. I received a text that the contractor would be here between 9-12. I understand that appointments can run long. If that happens, you call or text and keep the customer advised. It is now 2pm. I have not heard anything from anyone. I wasted an entire day waiting for them to show up and they did not. I do not give second chances. If you show such disrespect, I have no interest in doing business with you.

This company never showed for the appointment. I would not recommend at all. Very unprofessional to have people waiting.

DFW Electric came out to my home and did a great job installing all of our new ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout our new home
