Palma tile

Horrible work. Had to have several things repaired by other professionals. Left a leak that ruined brand newly installed sheetrock. Grout is coming off, probably gonna have to rip out the tile also. Several cracked tiles. Christian does not return, do not pay this guy before work is complete or he will never come back. Said he was going to do much more than he did. The only thing good about the project was the glass installation which was done by somebody else. Save your time and money.

I hired Palma Tile to do new flooring on whole house ( tile in entry, hallway, kitchen, breakfast area, 3 baths, and laundry room/ carpet in 4 bedrooms/ laminate in family room) His quote was the most reasonable out of 3 bids. Before the start he went out if his way to come and show me samples of everything. In the end, I bought my own high gloss polished tile and laminate. He provided the carpet. I wish I had selected the laminate he offered first though! Mine was cheaper and it shows... Overall, he and crew did an excellent job. Our concrete had some problem areas (bumps and dips) but he figured how to hide the worst parts without us having to incur extra money in a leveling job. The grid lines for tile are straight and even. Baseboards that we're broken were replaced with new ones. Got 2 new toilets and he changed those too. He even showed me how to do it so I changed a 3rd toilet myself afterwards. Everything was left clean, no tile haze whatsoever. They worked relentlessly to finish in record time. Love their service attitude. House look was transformed just with new flooring!! Thanks Arturo.

I am so unhappy the work from this company. Nothing was caulked. The flooring is coming up. I keep finding places where the painters cut corners. The cleaning people never came to clean up the mess in my home and my garage. The company owner jerked me around for months after saying they'd come fix everything. Ignored my calls.

I had them do two jobs for me Cristian was the man who showed up. On both jobs they made promises that they would take care of certain items. (like getting bullnose tile for my customer). Then when the job was finished they do not come out to fix items that were not done correctly. They did not put thinset under the backerboard on the floor like specifications of the manufacture. I am still waiting for them to put grout between tiles that they forgot. I texted him and he said he would send out juan but he is not replying back to text or answering calls. It has been a week. Do not use this company. I found them on Thumbtack. They are on Porch twice the other profile has a 1 star rating they also go as Swat flooring
