Texas Grill Master

They came out on 4/9 and said they would get back to me the next week about parts. I have called 10 times and every time they said a tech would get back to me. No one has followed up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

This company is horrific. I called for grill servicing in Mid July. The tech came right out and quickly said I needed a new regulator. So he ordered a new one and came back out to install it about a week later. It still didn't work. Then he said I needed new wiring which he had to order. Well, two months went by. I called several times and he told me it was on backorder. For 8 weeks!! On October 3, he finally called to say he had the materials and wanted to come the next day. Since then, he has cancelled and rescheduled three times. This morning he was scheduled to come at 9:00. At 11:00, he TEXTED me and said he was sent to company training unexpectedly and couldn't come until Thursday. I am without a grill for three months....all summer. And when I called management to complain, they didn't even answer the phone. Pitiful. I have since called a different repair company. DO NOT USE THEM!
