This contractor is a very nice man, but he should not be doing floor refinishing. We have been left with a puddled, streaky mess. When he "completed" the work I had him come back and showed him several areas that I was unhappy with. He came back the week were were to move and proceeded to sand areas I had asked him not to do, leaving a huge mess. He did not fix what I had asked him to. I basically am out what I paid him and will need to have the entire house refinished by someone else.
