Rich is a nice enough guy but unreliable. He installed a new furnace with humidifier. The saddle valve for the humidifier's water line began leaking right away. He has promised twice to come back and fix it. Twice he has not come nor called, and I have a gowing puddle in my utility room. I will have to hire a plumber to fix.

Rich replaced the motor on my furnace, charged me nearly twice the going rate, and it wasn't the part that needed to be fixed. After 4 visits to the house and never correcting the problem I hired someone at Comfy Cave who quickly and cheaply fixed the pressure switch. Rich also incorrectly installed a new garbage disposal, which caused a new issue with the dishwasher. Upon returning, he incorrectly installed it again, so I had to hire someone else to complete the job. Also, never came the day he said he would, he had to come a total of 4 times and each time came between 1-4 days late.
