Proglaze Refinishing

I had a shower, tub/shower, and a soaker tub re-finished by Resurface Master in Asheboro, NC - same phone number. All three had runs, especially the soaker tub. The person who did the work came out repeatedly and instead of fixing the problems made them worse. I have called back and forth to Resurface Master many times and it appeared they would come and do the repairs. In this last week they have not returned my calls or texts so I am now assuming they are not going to honor the "10 year warranty on all work performed" which is stated on their invoice.

Ryan and his wife did a beautiful job refinishing our bathtub and room tiles. We would definitely recommend him to others. Judith Miller.

WARNING !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Ryan fixed a cracked tub for us and it cracked 4 more times and he came out to fix. We agreed on times at least 7 different days and he did not show up. He gave us a written receipt with 10 year warranty. He refuses to refund money as we had to get another company to fix the tub. Worse experience I've ever had with a company.

Ryan was quick to provide a quote to refinish my bathtub – from dark blue to white. However, when we scheduled an appt. for him to do the work, he did not show up. We had to reschedule and he brought someone with him that he said he was training. The job was completed and I paid him in full – big mistake! Once the tub had dried and I removed the tape around the hardware, I could tell that he did not fully cover some areas of the tub. The finish on the tub is very rough like there was dirt or grit in the sprayer that he used. There was also spray residue on other areas in my bath such as the toilet and vanity that had not been adequately covered. I contacted Ryan to come back and fix these issues. We set up appts. on 3 different occasions and each time he was a no show! It was obvious that he did not care about making this situation right. This was very unprofessional and poor customer service. Now I am left with a tub that has a poor quality finish. Not recommended.
