Arc began a bathroom remodel for me. I unfortunately paid them 2/3 of the money up front. They never purchased the tile for the bathroom remodel, never paid their subcontractors and then skip town without a word and never completed the project. We had to hire a new contractor to finish the bathroom remodel and never heard from Alec again.

Alex renovated our sunroom and transformed that space into one of our favorite parts of our house. It was a project that started as a major window replacement and framing upgrade, but expanded to include a roof replacement based and a general renovation of the entire room. Alex was always a great communicator, fair, honest, and easy to work with. He’s a skilled professional, and a good person. When there were a few cosmetic things that needed touching up after several months after completion, he came out no questions asked and took care of them. That's just the kind of person he is.

Alex and his team did a major remodel of our upstairs, including installing drywall, removing a wall, and updating our kitchen and bathrooms. We were impressed with Alex, his attitude, and his work from day one. He made sure the job was done right, and we would use ARC, LLC again!

Alex and his workers were wonderful to work with. He LITERALLY designed the kitchen that he installed for us. He even accompanied us to Lowe's to pick out appliances. He was professional, polite and easy to work with. I recommend him to anyone doing any kind of remodel or renovation.
