Down and Dirty Home Improvement

I liked Mr. Davis from the beginning. One has to feel comfortable with a professional's demeanor as well as have confidence s/he will do a good job. Mr. Davis has courtly, old-timey manners that put my neighbors and me right to our ease. For work, Mr. Davis did a great job doing something we could not handle: neatly cutting a window opening in an off-the-shelf bathtub surround, installing it in a cramped space, and then installing the LifeProof flooring in in an even more cramped space. He was a neat, clean, careful worker in a trying environment (this is an RV conversion) and I admire him and am very glad I hired him. His communication skills are terrific; he was readily available by text or by phone.

Down and Dirty did a full bathroom remodel for us in our 1958 home. It required all walls to be stripped down to the studs with some repairs made to the subflooring and framing. Only a larger shower, new flooring, walls and medicine cabinet were installed as we had new toilet and pedestal sink . Each day the area was cleaned before they left and tools were placed out of our way. We are very happy with our new bath and love the shower Dale chose to install. This is a summer home and next year we plan to let them remodel our other bathroom.

I had a very small front porch with an incredible mountain view. I found Dale and Abby, who did a fantastic job in building a large deck perfect for entertaining. The deck is solid and beautiful! Even with a week of rain, the deck was completed on time for my visitors to enjoy. They were honest, hard-working people. I will definitely be using them again!
