Mark Hayner offered us a great experience. He offered thoughts on design and then provided a very professional rendering of the design before he got started. He did the work on time and on budget. He solved problems that popped up along the way without stressing anyone out. He can handle anything that comes along and is a great communicator. I recommend him very highly. In fact, I recommended him to my in-laws, and they hired him to do two bathrooms and a kitchen!

My husband and I have hired Mark for several projects. We are very pleased with everything he's done. He is reliable and answers texts and phone calls promptly, which is amazing! Most contractors don’t even call back! He and his team are prompt and will finish a project on time. I would recommend them for any job!

Don't hire Mark Hayner. Had a kitchen remodel and hardwood floors put in kitchen, living and dining room. Started out good and went terribly wrong by the end. He's a nice guy but he left my project incomplete and his lack of electrical knowledge almost caused my house to burn down. He left exposed wires and back feed wires. Insulation in attic caught on fire and another spot where wires were exposed charred wood. They cut a skin for my bar and cabinet wrong so it wasn't usable and will not reimburse me. Here is an actual email from him regarding this problem: How much was the skin? And your mailing address. I'll send you the money. You'll need to find someone to put it on. I'm currently undergoing radiation 2 times a week and have been unable to work the last few weeks. The skin was never figured originally because we had no clue the floor was that bad. You already beat me out of replacing the hearth which was a mess before we started. I'll reimburse you for the skin since Jeremy cut it wrong. After that I'm done. MY RESPONSE: It's an old house the floor has nothing to do with the skin. The hearth was fine until you guys started pounding while installing the floor. You didn't pay to replace what you broke, I did. Jeremy installed it because you broke it. Just to let you know, he never sent me the money for the skin. Told him I was sorry he was sick and that's the last I heard from him.

We have done extensive renovation on our house and it seems there is almost nothing he can't do and if it looks impossible, he'll find a way. He is also extremely reliable and answers texts and phone calls promptly, which Is almost unheard of! He and his son Jeremy are both so good natured and flexible. I would highly recommend them for any job!
