EXQUISITE! Mark Hagerling is the finest craftsman you’re going to find. He’s a “wallpaper whisperer.” What a joy it was to watch him at work putting up a William Morris reproduction wallpaper in our dining room. No easy task due to the wonderfully dense pattern and interruption of windows and bookcases. The end result is breathtaking. The thought, the care, the perfect measurements that Mark brings to his work are obvious when viewing the finished product. There aren’t words enough to say how much I recommend him. He's a delight. Hire him. You won’t regret it.

I am an interior designer and was given this guy's info for a project. To say he is a nightmare of a person is a complete understatement. He is rude, unprofessional, and overall an awful human to speak to, much less work with. On top of that, he backed out of the project because he didn't want to follow the directions listed on the specific paper I had chosen. After speaking to 2 other installers I know and trust, they said it is run of the mill stuff that any installer should have been able to do. But good riddance to this guy. He won't be getting any work from me or my clients, or anyone I know in Asheville.
