How can I redo the exsisting cabinets in my small hair salon. I am not sure who to ask for, but , i have s cabinet that i needs to turn into a pull down. Original fascia boards are mdf and rotting. Some boards have already been replaced with 1 x 4 lumber. Mortar around upstairs bedroom window is cracking, broken, and gone. Need this repaired as well.

The porch floor paint is peeling and flaking so it need to be sanded first, then painted dark gray. There are also two wood columns that need to be painted white. We have an end row home, so the front porch is not real big. We then want the front and two side rails replaced with white vinyl.
