There are lots of ways to do what you describe. It depends on the look you want, the weight of what you want to put on the table/cart, your skill level, and your budget. There are many types of movable tables and carts that you can buy online or at home centers. Since you intend to cook on this table/cart, the top should be non-combustible. Ideally, the entire table/cart should be non-combustible. The table/cart should be rated to carry at least 1.5 times the weight of whatever you intend to put on or in it.
