Frank Rosse of 2812 Judith Drive in Bellmore is a CON ARTIST of the worst kind. He did the most SHODDIEST horrendous construction- I have to redo my whole kitchen now because he didnt do the electrical or the installation correctly at all, his plumbing was all wrong, I have to pay someone thousands upon thousands of dollars now to fix his work. He dissapeared and won't answer calls to fix anything after he promised me for weeks he would fix and finish his work after getting paid. He is a liar and a thief and I hope no-one else will ever hire this guy. He deserves to rot in hell.
