Don't do it! The person they send to your house will not be the owner of the company. Jimmy, an excellent salesman, will charm you out of using other companies and that is as far as his power can go. He'll ignore you too when they cause a major issue. I let a lot of things slide on a siding job that cost over $10k. Some of the issues were: -They cut everything, including internet and cable lines and pulled out vents (even when those vents are taped to ducts inside). Then they won't say anything if you don't notice. They will also try to first blame you for their problems first. After the internet went out, they said they didn't do anything. I had to point out where the line was clearly cut to get a temporary patch job. Then I had to call the cable company and go through the process myself. -They also come and start without a call, ringing the bell, etc. They do the work the way they want without saying anything to anyone on the property. As a result, they damaged my video doorbell (which I paid to replace myself) and dumped my $80 mailbox at the curb where someone then stole it. They paid back the $80 (after I proved it was actually there before they came) but the box is no longer being sold by the company. -They left a ton of gaps, holes and garbage (and told lies about how everything is waterproof once they lay the insulation). They addressed the garbage and a bunch of the holes within a few days after I sent pictures. The gap that is allowing air inside would require them to undo some work and so they aren't fixing it. -The biggest issue is that they removed mounts from an electrical standpipe and left the electrical lines hanging low over the street. This has been the biggest nightmare of mine for over 10 MONTHS now. I originally notified the owner on January 2nd. It was about a $400 problem then. The lines were ripped down by a truck on the 22nd after weeks of the owner lying about having an electrician come fix the problem. Now of course, it's a $4,000 problem. So he continued lying about sending someone since then and has finally resorted to ignoring me. This company had a good reputation under Jonathan's father. It appears the son does not have the same ethics. If you've had a similar experience, please reach out to me asap.
