Mike recently completed a major remodel to our home and we couldn’t be more happy. His knowledge, experience and relationships with subcontractors to dealing with the city permits, reduced our stress that naturally comes with a project our size. I loved that he only takes one project on at a time and was there during the entire time of the project. He kept us well informed and gave us options when those unexpected surprises came up. We highly recommend him. Thanks again Mike! Rick & Debbie Atascadero

Mike Miller has done 2 projects for me, my pharmacy and my guest house. Both have been done within budget. Anyone seeing either has remarked how much they like the looks and quality of the work. Both spaces are very comfortable and functional. As every local is aware, SLO can be an interesting city to get construction done in. Mike, adjusted the project, in ways that met both the demands of city and acceptable to me. I decided, during construction, to add a deck between the house and the new construction guest house. Mike designed a floating deck with full length redwood boards. A contracted electrician commented, "I love that deck, and I could drive my truck on it". I, highly, recommend Mike for your construction needs. Kurt Marlinghaus
