Founded in 1999 by Sean Hogan, HBI has completed dozens of residential and commercial projects in Athens and Atlanta as well as the surrounding areas. Sean Hogan is a recent past President and Board Member of the Athens Area Home Builders Association. Hogan was also appointed to the ACC Hearings Board, which reviews zoning variance requests, by the Mayor and Commission of Athens, GA for five years. And Hogan has also served as Commissioner of the Clarke County Historic Preservation Commission.
