$40,008 deposit sent in September of 2024 with absolutely NO communication unless it’s an excuse !! The people you’ve wronged have came to light and are still professionally being uncovered !! All you had to do was be honest, or even sub out the work, which states you can in your contract. No signs of pool, equipment, ANY effort Whatsoever except spill lies and excuses !! I want my money back NOW , with the interest I’ve been paying. But I’ll let the professionals handle it and get what’s coming to you. I’ve paid you almost 9k and all I have to show for it right now is my yard and driveway are a complete mess. You don’t return my phone calls, you don’t answer my texts. You have lied to me several times now about coming back and you don’t show up and you don’t let me know anything. You need to call me and you need to get our project moving or you need to give me back about $6000 so I can find someone else.

Jacob and his guys handled my 16x32 inground pool construction and I couldn't be happier with their work. Jacob came out and gave me an estimate April 13th and by early May they were already starting while everyone else was telling me it would be next year!! But here we are 4 weeks later and my kids are lovng our new pool, just took our first swim today! Anyways, thanks Jacob and crew, you guys did an awesome job and I'll highly recommend you to anyone that asks!
