Purselley Cabinets

This has been the worst experience ever with dee purselley and his company building our new cabinets! We signed contract on 8/21/20 and was promised they would be in by the end of October....it is now 4/6/21 and still not done. It has been one disaster after another....installed wrong cabinets to take them back out and have to rebuild because he has no experienced cabinet maker right now(his words, not mine). So after paying him $10k upfront(altogether it is almost a $30k job), many months later, after excuse after excuse, one mistake after another started coming into our home, we are left with a mess! Mismatched colored cabinets, warped doors and drawers, miss measured cabinets that don’t line up over the toilet or bathroom light vanity, crooked shelves because holes were not drilled level, dented our new $3500 fridge, bad craftsmanship on a whole lot of the work. He’s given every excuse from him being sick to no qualified workers to do the job right. He also had our countertops installed with horrible results! A fully broken corner on our island and was repaired, hidden and hoped we didn’t see it. Installers also was suppose to bring 3” backsplash but made a mistake and brought 4” and they did what?! They CUT OUR METAL PLUG OUTLET COVERS and installed the 4” anyways! So when I said that will not work, they brought out the 3” and now I have messed up texture that he has tried to fix but looks like a 10 year old boy did it. There is soooo many things and is too much to put in this rant but you have been warned, look at just a few pictures I have posted and rest assured dee purselley “CANNOT DO THE JOB”! My attorney is dealing with him now. Let me add....one of his workers drank beer on our front porch and left his beer can for us to throw away! His workers left multiple scratches and chips in our stained epoxy floor, after we were told there would be pads down and bootys worn on their feet...that never happened! Borrowed my tools, ladders, air compressor, took my level because they thought it was theirs. I felt sorry for him at first but soon found out that he seems to be a very nice man in person but a lot of what he has said was just smoke blown up our butt month after month until enough was enough and I called him out, then the real dee purselley come out. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
