DO NOT USE MALCOM JONES for any appliance repairs. He is a scammer! He uses a variety of phone numbers and websites. (470) 348-2730, (678) 922-9367, and (770) 374-8587. He will take your money and not repair the issue then disappear. Please report scam to BBB, FTC, the local police and DO NOT PAY IN CASH!

Malcom was initially nice and replaced a few items on our broken dryer. None of his repairs worked, and he promised to bring us another working dryer until he fixed ours. He subsequently blocked our calls and texts for follow up after taking our money. DO NOT USE Malcom.

Do NOT use this referral, Malcom Jones did not repair my refrigerator and took $350, he missed 2 follow up appointments and ignored my requests for refund. He did not diagnose the bad compressor, he said was dirty coils and low Freon, he didn’t even check the compressor! He gives himself 5 star reviews on porch.com and Google, all real customers have given 1 star!
