I would give this company ZERO star if that's an option! Long story short, the owner, Josh, not only upcharged me when he got to my place, but also did a terrible terrible job. The carpet look exactly the same before and after the cleaning. After I paid him, he said, "I would not lick your carpet to make you happy". This guys is so rude and does not know how to do his job at all! I don't know why he is still in business. I initially asked Josh if I could buy the groupon deal of $45 for 3 rooms and a hallway. I even offered to buy the 6 rooms and 2 hallways for $79, because I know my 2-bedroom condo has about 1,000 sq ft of carpet and that $45 deal might not be enough. He told me that I should never buy from Groupon because he would be charged by Groupon and I should help a small business owner like him by going directly to him. He quoted me $99 for my place. He said I could buy Groupon deal but he would not have time for the next few weeks before he could make an appointment for me. I wanted service early, so I agreed to the $99 price (now I understand he not only wanted to charge me more, but also wanted to avoid me writing a review on Groupon). When he got here this morning, he said he could not do it for $99, but he would charge me $139 because my living room needs to be counted as 2 rooms. I had clearly explained the size and layout of my condo when we agreed to the $99 price. His upcharge was absurd. I had to leave for work and did not want to spend too long arguing price and we agreed to $130. He spent about 45 minutes cleaning and when he was done, I looked at the carpet, nothing has changed! He said the stain was in high traffic area and nothing could be done to these. I asked him why he did not tell me that he could not remove these stains before he started the job. He said he would not know until he did his process. I was very unsatisfied with his job. I called another carpet cleaning guy I had used before (but did not have time today) and sent him the pictures of my "cleaned carpet". My other guy said it could definitely look better. Now I had wasted $130 with this Josh guy from ASAP. Yes, his service is ASAP, but also ABAP (as bad as possible). I hope this review can help a customer like me stay away from this guy!
