Plum Carpet

We just got our super soft, plushy carpet installed and I love it!! The quality exceeded my expectations and the color we choose is perfect. Everyone was so helpful and it was super easy to order online. The website walks you through how to measure all the odd spaces and shapes that we have in our house. I would absolutely do this again!!

We recently had myflooring.com install a single room of carpet in a new home we purchased. (The rest of the carpet in the house was great, except for that one high-traffic area.) The carpet that myflooring.com installed is absolutely the softest carpet I've ever laid feet on. My wife said that every time she walks on it, it feels like her feet are getting a gentle massage. And here I thought the other carpet in our house was soft... Honestly, once you try their "ecstatic" carpet, everything else you walk on will be a disappointment. (You have been warned.) Some things to be aware of: the colors on their website seemed a lot darker on the screen than they actually are once you get the raw material. When we first sent in our order, the company very quickly sent us three different samples, but I made the mistake of ordering three samples that were really similar in color (and lighter than expected). We ended up making the leap to one of their darkest colors (acorn), but when it was actually installed, it ended up being slightly lighter than the other preexisting carpet in our house. It would be helpful if, on their website, they didn't just show a carpet sample but showed what the carpet looks like when it's installed in an entire room. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with our carpet. It's a great color, the process was fairly simple, and the carpet is incredibly soft and comfortable to walk on. I look forward to utilizing their services in the future.

From start to install this was a fantastic experience. The website is super user friendly, the order process is 3 or 4 steps and you have ordered your carpet and have scheduled the installation. There are at least 12 or more different colors of carpet offered and the carpet is very high quality, it is plush and soft. I was very impressed with the entire team, starting with Customer Service to the installation team. They did a great job keeping me informed through the process and helped to make the experience one of the best I have ever had. The install team all arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, were polite, and very friendly. They came in and got the job done without a single problem. I love my new carpet and would and will recommend this company to my friends and family! Well done!
