The original project that Chris and his crew did was consistently pushed out on timing when we originally agreed on a specific date. A few months after the project completed I had to have them come to fix a number of workmanship issues. A year later after completion his company's workmanship really shows as a number of installed items begin failing and we have to contact different contractors to do it right. Truly unfortunate and more frustrating than this review can compel. ***review update: instead of contacting me directly to make it right. The owner below makes every attempt to invalidate my very valid review of their business. This review is not fake or “vandalism”. I paid a very considerable amount in the upwards of $50,000 for renovations where my cabinets are yellowing, LED lights installed started failing after year one and when I contacted Chris to resolve he became a ghost or attempted to push me off to his sub contractor who too became a ghost.

After working with Kathy Schmick for over a month to get the design and pricing right for our start-up business and finally settling on the design and price the day before, she abruptly contacted me and told me that they had gotten a larger job and would no longer be able to work on our project. I emailed her to respond to find out if there was anything we could do and if I could get the owner's contact information and have heard nothing. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Worst company i have ever had to deal with. They use google voice as their business phone, which should tell you a lot. Once they are paid they will not want to speak with you. I hired them for a kitchen remodel and this project os going on 4 months. There is no communication I have subcontractors telling me that they can only put one man due to Cer not paying him enough. Cer design ran by David and Marti huff and Christopher Riley are the most unprofessional money gouging people I have ever met. They removed a dumpster from the project early to save some money which lead to contractors leaving trash on the side of my house. I have so many more examples of the unprofessionalism of this company, long story short they will never get my business or $30,000 again.
