Atlanta Cleaning Source

An absolutely terrible experience. Very poor cleaning with a high price tag. Add to that they spilled fragrance oil on hardwood floor in kitchen and burned through the finish in about a 3"x3" area in front of stove. The worst is what they've done to our tub using bleach. They were told repeatedly to not use bleach on our once repaired fiberglass tub. Since the "teams" changed often not all read "our book". One team went nutso on the bleach. You could smell it when entering the house. Yep, sure enough they turned our tub brown. The owner, Jenn, was about as nasty as she could be and it took months to get a resolution. Finally, she and another employee came to "clean" it. They made it worse. Now one side is blue and one is brown. The resolution? Oh, the window is responsible and I shouldn't complain because the tub still works. What??? They do not stand behind their work or take the ethical, honorable path when they've messed up. The strategy is delay, delay, delay quickly followed by deny, completely change the original plan of action, and then blame the customer (or the sun) for their error. Terrible attitude, terrible work ethic.
