Could have done better, Contracted Andrews contracting to do maintenance on ac unit which he said he fixed before and offer a 1 year maintenance service on the unit. Well the unit breaks Andrews goes out to fix it said he replaced parts and put freon in unit provided no receipts as requested. But billed us for service that should have been covered. He then proceeded to spam text us for payment along with threats of going and taking out freon and part installed, we were out and did not have business card with us. Spam text at 10 pm went on and We paid him at the time we arrived home. Next day the ac unit fails again this point Andrews will not answer our calls, to this day has not answered clearly is hanging up or ignoring calls he removed a key box from the property which does not belong to me. Don't know whats happening with this guy but clearly gets personal whe he says it business and all thing are possible when this is not the case if he gets upset when he gives u a poor quality product and you check him on it. We had to get another company to come look at the unit they said the mother board is faulting and need replacement. No Way andrews would have got the right reading with a faulted MB. And i had several more jobs lined up for him to complete; Lost trust and faith in his abilities to do complex AC faults, general repair his finishing work is not up to standard he put too much glue down in places under vinyl flooring and the edges are cut like an amuture did it or a kid. He also did some painting small things like paint splattered on areas not cleaned up and missed areas. I just ask that he would call so we could discuss the issues and move forward no answer. Its been several day's with no reponse if he is sick god be with u but did this critique to say fair is fair be aware his services are hit or miss depending on hos mood. I would like the keybox back!

very affordable they worked with my budget the best they could and at the end i was still within my budget thanks guys!!
