Amazing Job with my Windows. I used them for an insurance job and they did such a great job with my water heater flooding my house, I gave them the opportunity to replace my Windows. It took 14 weeks but was worth it. Al around a great experience.

Buyer Beware: This company over promises and under delivers constantly. Ordered windows back in May. Troy came out twice to get the measurements. Didn’t hear from them for a while. So I followed up he said due to covid the manufacturer was delayed. So we waited.. End of July the windows were arrived to their shop.. a technician was sent to install… he measured our windows and the new ones that he was going to install.. he noticed the manufacturer had sent the wrong sizes and nobody at the office had noticed.. so he gave me the option to cancel or wait.. I patiently decided to give it a couple more weeks… Got an email that due to covid the manufacturer was delayed… at this point I figured it’s probably best to just cancel… I called their office and the older lady said she’d pass on the message (end of August), called Troy and spoke to him about it (Mid September) he said he’d work on it, texted Katherine and no response (early September)… here we are almost in October… Don’t Hire This Company
