Rone painted the back of my house last Tuesday. The house looks great but she spilled putty and paint on my deck so it has to be completely refinished, she spilled paint on my patio which her assistant tried to scrape off with a wire brush which scratched the stones, she spilled paint on my pine mulch chips bc no tarp was down where she mixed the paint, she spilled paint on my lawn, and where she sprayed the house she got 6" of paint on the pine mulch. Only because I complained she said she could get it all up which discolored the porch and scratched the stones even more. Then she argued with me that I was being too fussy and this happens. There was no reasoning with her and she got mad at me. She was finally willing to pay for the stain so I could refinish the deck but would not pay to replace the stones because her assistant made the mistakes and she was not responsible for his mistakes. When I insisted that she pay for the stones she wouldn't talk to me anymore and has not paid for the stain.
