Poor communication and customer service. In June, this contractor/company was hired by my HOA to do some work in our clubhouse. I observed the work and over time, I inquired whether they did residential work. I was told yes and I waited until the clubhouse was complete to initiate a conversation. By the end of June, I reached out and sent pictures of what I wanted. I was given a date and an approximate time for the service. I was told July 20th would work, but that I would hear from them closer to the date to confirm details. On July 15th, I reached out to confirm the service, only to be told that they were not coming. I was told the HOA was looking for a new contractor. I explained that my request had nothing to do with the HOA and that we had already had a conversation about my unit, pictures and all. I was then told that they would not accommodate me and to look elsewhere. This was a true glitch to my plans on July 20th because I really needed the work and now I am back to square zero. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend their service because of the follow-through. I also believe that they would have never reached out to me. Whatever happened between them and my HOA had nothing to do with me. They loss not only my business but I reached out to the several people I recommended them to. I never heard of a business that turns down money.
