Mr. Gardner have done numerous jobs for me including repairing and replacing roofs, floors, air conditioners, electrical outlets, entrance and security doors, windows, switches, hot water heaters, toilets, faucets, showers, tubs, drain lines, and sinks. I have also hired him for painting. When I call him, he comes in a timely manner and his price is always reasonable. He is professional and courteous at all times. His work is outstanding.
