The project was to waterproof my basement. The interior installation was done with a sumo pump. I still had water coming in at a place they said was not properly done. However, they have not committed to a time to come fix it after 3 weeks. Very bad and ineffective communication and response time. I’m never using them again. Suggest you don’t either. Over 6,000.00 wasted.
